Delicious Food and Comfortable Stay
The food at the hotel was the highlight of my stay, it was truly delicious. to that, the tatami room was spacious and comfortable. It was easy to find the hotel as it is located near a famous hot water field. I also liked the fact that they offered umbrellas, which came in handy during the occasional rain.
The hotel amenities were quite old, and the toilet was incredibly small, which was not accommodating to foreigners. These aspects detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Just a short walk from Yubatake and the main tourist area, it made getting around a breeze. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the Kusatsu Onsen bus station, which was incredibly convenient. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were outstanding. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms. They were well-maintained, and I particularly appreciated having a separate bathroom and toilet. It's the little things like this that really made a difference during my stay.
Everything was up to par, no improvements needed.
